Eligibility Requirements
Education and Skills
- Stenotypist: Intermediate, with a minimum speed of 80/40 words per minute in shorthand/typing respectively. Must be computer literate.
- UDC: Intermediate, with a 3-week basic IT Training Course including MS Office conducted by NITB within the probation period.
Age Limit and Relaxation (As Printed)
- Age limit: 18–30 years for both posts.
- Candidates belonging to scheduled castes (Buddhist community): 3 years.
- Ex-servicemen: upper age limit relaxed by the number of years actually served, or 15 years, whichever is less.
- Government servants with 02 years of continuous government service: 10 years, up to the age of 55 years.
- Widow, son or daughter of a deceased civil servant who dies during service: 05 years.
- Disabled candidates: 10 years.
- Where a candidate is entitled to age relaxation under more than one category specified above, relaxation is allowed in one category only.
- General information as printed: upper age relaxation of 5 years instead of existing 3 years, in addition to 5 years general age relaxation.
