Eligibility Criteria

Education and Experience

• ASI: Intermediate or equivalent.
• Corporal: Matric or equivalent.
• Corporal Driver: Matric and a valid HTV/LTV driving licence.
• Welder: Matric and a Welder Training Certificate from a recognised institute.
• Electrician: Matric and an Electrician Training Certificate from a recognised institute, along with 2 years of experience.
• Auto Electrician: Matric and an Auto Electrician Training Certificate from a recognised institute, along with 2 years of experience.
• Plumber: Middle pass and a Plumber Training Certificate, along with 2 years of experience in repairing and pipe fitting.
• Denter / Painter: Middle pass and a Denter/Painter Training Certificate, along with 2 years of experience in vehicle denting and painting.
• Tailor: Primary pass, along with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Naib Qasid: Primary pass.
• Cook: Primary pass and knowledge of cooking Pakistani dishes.
• Waiter, Mali, Mason: Primary pass, along with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Sweeper: Primary pass.

Age Limit

18–30 years for all posts. The general upper age relaxation of 5 years is already included in this limit.

In addition, as printed in the advertisement, Balochistan domicile holder candidates will also be allowed an upper age relaxation of five years instead of the existing three years, only for this special exercise, and other age relaxations apply as per prevailing government rules.

Physical Standards (Uniformed Posts Only)

Physical standards apply only to the uniformed posts of Assistant Sub Inspector, Corporal and Corporal Driver:

• Minimum height: Male 5 feet 6 inches; Female 5 feet 2 inches.
• Chest measurement: 32¾ – 34¾ inches (for male candidates only).
• Weight: As per the BMI chart provided at the test centres (both male and female).
• One-mile run: Maximum 7 minutes 30 seconds for male candidates; 10 minutes for female candidates.
• Push-ups: 22 repetitions in 2 minutes (for male candidates only).
