Eligibility & NITB Certification Rules
To get selected for these Pakistan Army civilian jobs, you must fulfill some strict rules. If you are applying for the LDC (Lower Division Clerk) post, your typing speed must be at least 30 words per minute. You should also know how to use MS Office.
There is another important condition for LDC. After you get selected, you must pass a 3-week basic IT training course from NITB (National Information Technology Board) during your probation period.
If you fail this course, you will be removed from the job. Retired army officers will get a special advantage for the Driver and Cook jobs.
Age Limit & Relaxation Policy
The general age limit for all candidates is 18 to 30 years. However, the government gives special age relaxations:
Candidates from Sindh, Balochistan, AJK, and Gilgit-Baltistan get a 3-year relaxation.
Disabled persons get a 10-year relaxation.
Retired Army persons get up to 15 years of relaxation (maximum age 45 years).
Serving government or contract employees get a 10-year relaxation (maximum age 55 years).

Selection Procedure & Terms
The EME Center will check all physical applications. They will reject any application that is incomplete or late. Only shortlisted candidates will receive a call letter for the typing test and final interview. You will not get any travel allowance (No TA/DA) for the test. You must bring all your original educational and experience documents on the day of your interview.
