Job Responsibilities

As a Special Public Prosecutor, your main duty will be to represent the ANF in courts. You will be responsible for:

• Handling cases related to the Anti-Money Laundering Act 2010 and Prevention of Smuggling Act 1977.

• Appearing in Special Courts, Tribunals, High Court, and Supreme Court on behalf of ANF.

• Providing legal advice and opinions to the department.

Eligibility Criteria (Who Can Apply For This Job)

• Nationality: Citizen of Pakistan.

• Professional Status: Must be an enrolled Advocate of the High Court with a valid license.

• Experience:

  • Experience in Criminal Cases, CNS Act 1997, and Drug Laws is highly preferred.
