• Qualification: Master’s degree in HRM, Public Administration, or Business Administration.

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in administration. You should know the ins and outs of Sindh Government rules and HR policies.

3. Director Equity and Reform (01 Post)

This is a specialized role focusing on social development and gender policies.

• Qualification: Master’s in Gender Studies, Sociology, Public Policy, or Social Policy.

• Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience, specifically in gender, diversity, and inclusion roles.
